AI Business Development Partner
Help Mongolian companies adopt practical AI — and earn commission from the projects you bring in.
A part-time partner role for people who can introduce our AI solutions to established companies and help move opportunities from first meeting to signed project. You do not need to be an AI engineer — our technical team handles demos, solution design, development, and implementation. You bring the customer relationship and business understanding.
What you will do
- Introduce our AI solutions to companies in industries you already know
- Arrange and run approved customer meetings, then follow up consistently
- Support communication, proposals, and negotiation up to contract signing
What we build
We develop practical AI systems for companies, including:
- AI chatbots and internal knowledge assistants
- Contract review and legal AI
- Document processing and OCR
- AI-powered research
- Workflow automation
- Industry-specific AI agents
- Custom AI for insurance, mining, finance, legal, construction, and other industries
Approved meeting — ₮50,000
You receive ₮50,000 for each approved customer meeting. Before arranging the meeting, send us the company name, the person you are meeting, their position, and the proposed topic. Once we approve it and the meeting happens, you receive ₮50,000. This avoids confusion about whether a meeting qualifies.
15% — Deal Partner
Earn 15% of collected project revenue when you introduce the customer and help move the opportunity toward signing. Example: a ₮20,000,000 project → up to ₮3,000,000 commission.
- Introduce the customer
- Help maintain the relationship
- Support communication and follow-ups
- Help move the opportunity toward contract signing
30% — Full-Cycle Sales Partner
Earn up to 30% of collected project revenue when you manage the sales process end to end. Our technical team supports you with demos, technical discussions, project estimation, proposals, and implementation. Example: a ₮20,000,000 project → up to ₮6,000,000 commission.
- Find the customer and make the introduction
- Organize meetings and understand business requirements
- Manage communication and follow up with stakeholders
- Coordinate proposals and support negotiation
- Help move the project to contract signing
When is commission paid?
Commission is paid as the customer pays us. If a customer pays a ₮20M project in several installments, your commission is paid proportionally after each payment is received. You do not need to wait until the entire project is completed.
Large projects and existing customers
For unusually large projects, commission rates may decrease progressively as project size increases. The exact structure is always agreed before the opportunity is pursued, so both sides know the terms in advance. Commission is attached to a specific opportunity, not permanently to a company — a new opportunity with an existing customer can carry a newly agreed rate, and renewals or upsells may be lower than the original project.
How we avoid disagreements
Before serious work begins, we confirm the company, the customer contact, the opportunity, your role, the meeting approval, and the commission rate. Example: meeting approved — ₮50,000 · Company: ABC Insurance · Opportunity: Claims Automation · Role: Full-Cycle Sales Partner · Commission: 30%. Once approved, these terms remain attached to that opportunity.
Who this is for
This can be a good fit if you:
- Have relationships with Mongolian businesses
- Know executives, managers, founders, or decision-makers
- Understand business problems and are comfortable talking to customers
- Can follow up consistently
- Want flexible, performance-based income
- Are interested in AI and technology
You can do this alongside your existing job or business, subject to any obligations you already have. We want to work with people who understand their industries and relationships better than we do: you bring the customer relationship and business understanding, we bring the AI technology, engineering, and implementation capability.
